Rule 229
Proceedings after submission of committee report
(1) After the report of the relevant committee is presented, the report will be distributed to all members (2) Unless otherwise ordered by the Speaker, at any time twenty-four hours after the distribution of the report, the member presenting the treaty may submit a motion to discuss the treaty with the report.
(3) After the proposal according to sub-rule (2) is approved, only the report of the committee and the provisions of the related treaty can be discussed.
